The Continuum’s 18th Anniversary Dinner & Christmas Party

On December 4, 1993, our STARFLEET chapter went from being the “Shuttlecraft Continuum” to the “USS Continuum.”  To celebrate our eighteenth anniversary, we will be meeting at O’Charley’s Restaurant (6233 N Davis Highway, Pensacola) on Tuesday, November 29 at 6:30 p.m.  And because the holiday season is now upon us, we will continue with our tradition of having a “Sneaky Santa” gift-exchange.

The holidays are also a great time for giving and not just for people we know.  The Continuum will also be collecting for two important community service projects at the Dinner: Manna Food Pantries and Toys for Tots.  Please bring any non-perishable food items, new & unused toy donations (unwrapped), or any monetary donations you have to help these very important charities!

Dress is semi-formal or Star Trek costume.

For our gift-exchange, we ask that each participant bring one wrapped gift, costing no more than $15.  After we eat, we then go around the room.  Each person has the option of upwrapping any gift OR stealing one that’s already been unwrapped.  (A gift can be stolen no more than three times).

We will also be holding ship-wide elections after our failed attempt to do so on November 19.  In order to vote, you must be a member in good standing of the USS Continuum and our parent organization, STARFLEET.
